This is where your lifts improve. Customized programming is designed specifically for functional fitness athletes like you, looking to improve your snatch, clean, and jerk.
Programming is 2x/week with in-person coaching during training hall times, and regular coach check-ins. It takes time to lock in new movement patterns and build strength so we encourage you to stick with it for at least 3 months, but this is a monthly membership with no long-term commitment.

One hour-long training session where Head Coach Nolan will meet with you during a 1-on-1 training session to break down your lifts and guide you through areas for improvement. We recommend this service only for experienced functional fitness athletes who are not quite ready to commit to monthly programming.
